Agreement to These Terms

By using this website, requesting a quote, approving artwork, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Packopie's services.

Quotes and Orders

Quotes are based on the specifications available at the time of inquiry. Pricing, production time, and delivery estimates may change when dimensions, materials, finishes, quantities, artwork, shipping requirements, or other order details change. An order enters production only after the required payment and approvals are received.

Artwork and Customer Approval

You are responsible for reviewing artwork, dimensions, wording, colors, materials, quantities, and structural specifications before approval. Your approval authorizes Packopie to manufacture the order according to the approved proof or specification sheet.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, images, trademarks, designs, and other materials submitted for an order.

Color and Production Tolerances

Digital proofs show layout and content but may not reproduce final printed colors exactly. Reasonable variations can occur between screens, materials, print runs, coatings, finishes, cutting, folding, and final dimensions. A physical proof should be requested when precise color or material review is essential.

Payment

Orders must be paid according to the accepted quote or invoice. Applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges, and third-party fees remain the customer's responsibility unless Packopie confirms otherwise in writing.

Production and Delivery

Production and delivery dates are estimates. Timelines begin after payment, final artwork approval, and specification confirmation. Packopie is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, supply interruptions, late customer approvals, or events outside our reasonable control.

Cancellations, Returns, and Reprints

Custom orders are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because products are made to approved specifications, completed custom orders are generally not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Packopie's total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected products. Packopie is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when our services or requirements change. The version posted here applies from its stated update date.
