The terms that apply when you use Packopie or place a custom packaging order.

By using this website, requesting a quote, approving artwork, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Packopie's services.
Quotes are based on the specifications available at the time of inquiry. Pricing, production time, and delivery estimates may change when dimensions, materials, finishes, quantities, artwork, shipping requirements, or other order details change. An order enters production only after the required payment and approvals are received.
You are responsible for reviewing artwork, dimensions, wording, colors, materials, quantities, and structural specifications before approval. Your approval authorizes Packopie to manufacture the order according to the approved proof or specification sheet.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, images, trademarks, designs, and other materials submitted for an order.
You remain responsible for all artwork, text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, and other content you submit. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise unauthorized material. You grant Packopie a limited, non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, modify, and use submitted content only as reasonably necessary to prepare proofs, manufacture your products, maintain order records, and provide the requested services.
Packopie may reject or stop work involving content that appears unlawful, infringes another party's rights, or violates these terms. You agree to defend and indemnify Packopie against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from content you supplied without the necessary rights or permissions.
Customer-supplied artwork should meet the file, color-mode, resolution, bleed, and dieline requirements communicated for the order. Unless Packopie agrees otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for quality issues caused by low-resolution, distorted, incomplete, incorrectly formatted, or non-print-ready files, including color shifts caused by conversion from RGB to CMYK.
Digital proofs show layout and content but may not reproduce final printed colors exactly. Reasonable variations can occur between screens, materials, print runs, coatings, finishes, cutting, folding, and final dimensions. A physical proof should be requested when precise color or material review is essential.
Paper and card stock are not represented as food-contact safe unless food-grade material is expressly identified in the accepted quote or specification sheet. Any food-contact or other regulated-use requirement must be disclosed and confirmed in writing before production.
Custom-print manufacturing may result in a reasonable overrun or underrun. Unless the accepted quote states otherwise, a quantity variation of up to 5% may occur and will be treated as fulfillment of the ordered quantity. Tell us before ordering if an exact quantity is essential.
Orders must be paid according to the accepted quote or invoice. Shipping is completely free on every Packopie order, with no minimum order value or quantity. Applicable taxes and legally required duties remain the customer's responsibility.
Production and delivery dates are estimates. Timelines begin after payment, final artwork approval, and specification confirmation. Packopie is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, supply interruptions, late customer approvals, or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, inspecting packages at delivery, and promptly reporting visible damage or shortages. Packopie does not add a shipping charge to the order.
Custom orders are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because products are made to approved specifications, only defective pieces are eligible for an authorized return; non-defective returns and exchanges are not accepted. The customer pays the actual return courier cost and arranges the return label. Outbound delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Packopie's total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected products. Packopie is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
The website and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis. Packopie does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. References or links to independent third-party products and services do not constitute a warranty or endorsement.
