Production and Shipping Time

Production and shipping estimates are provided with each quote. Production begins after payment, final artwork approval, and confirmation of all order specifications. Changes requested after approval may extend the schedule.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges depend on order size, weight, destination, service level, and carrier rates. Duties, customs charges, taxes, remote-area fees, and address-correction fees are the customer's responsibility unless Packopie confirms otherwise in writing.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, service interruptions, and circumstances outside Packopie's reasonable control may affect delivery. Rush production or express shipping fees do not guarantee a specific arrival date.

Tracking

Tracking details are shared when available after a carrier collects the shipment. Large or freight orders may arrive in multiple packages or on pallets and may use separate tracking or freight documents.

Address Accuracy

Customers must verify the complete delivery address before approving an order. Packopie is not responsible for delays, loss, or additional carrier fees caused by incomplete or incorrect customer-supplied information.

Delivery Inspection

Inspect packages for visible damage, shortages, or missing cartons before signing for delivery. Note visible issues on the carrier's delivery record and take clear photographs when possible.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Report transit damage, shortages, or missing packages through our website within three business days of delivery. Keep the original cartons, labels, and affected products while the claim is reviewed.

International Shipments

International customers are responsible for import permissions, customs clearance, duties, brokerage charges, and taxes. Customs processing may delay delivery.
